Ceyr Pond is a mostly quiet area between Valus lies the Valus Cemetery. The occasional Bandit camp can spawn, along with many low-level wildlife. A small number of Troll may come down from the mountains to the west to harass the unsuspecting traveler. A Resurrection Shrine lays to the north of the pond. While it is marked on the map, there does not appear to be any significant usage of the area, as there are no Mission quests in the area.
