If a player continues to lose vitality, they will drop from being "well rested" to restless and eventually fatigued. Becoming well rested again is a simple matter of going to an [[inn]] and listen to a player Bard. This is achieved by right clicking on the bard and selecting "listen". It cannot be a NPC bard, but MUST be a player bard. Your vitality will quickly increase until well rested is achieved, or you leave.
