Lesser Scroll of the Artificer gives a buff for two minutes that allows the player to have a small chance of crafting artifact and cursed artifact tier weapons or armor. The buff from this scroll can be used in tandem with any crafting ability like Fabrication, Blacksmithing, or Carpentry.

Lesser scroll of the artificer is a crafting reward from Tier 9 and Tier 10 Crafting orders. T9/T10 crafting orders can be acquired from any blacksmith, carpenter or fabricator NPC while on a character with a base crafting skill of 90.1+.
